Just 35 minutes from Luleå Airport, Brändön Lodge offers the perfect balance of accessibility and seclusion. Set along the frozen shores of the Bothnian Bay, this 3-night package invites you to experience the Arctic in its purest form—with cosy timber cabins, warm hospitality, and unforgettable activities right at your doorstep.

Day One – Arrival day, Northern lights Sled tour
Your flight from Stockholm to Luleå takes only one hour, and we will be waiting to meet you. The first afternoon is well spent getting to know us, selecting your warm winter clothing and relaxing. A delicious 2-course dinner awaits you in the restaurant in the evening, and after dinner, we head out for a snowmobile sled ride to get the chance to see the Aurora dancing in the sky. We stop on a nearby Island where we start a fire and sit around the fire, enjoying a steaming cup of hot chocolate. We tell stories and listen to the complete silence under the stars.
Day Two – Snowmobile tour
Waking to a new day by the sea, and after enjoying breakfast, we will prepare for our 2-hour nature adventure on a snowmobile. We use a snowmobile to explore the frozen sea and islands of the archipelago. Out on the islands, we will search for Wildlife in the Beautiful scenery.
Lunch is back at the Lodge restaurant after this morning´s adventure. In the afternoon, you are welcome to relax and perhaps book the optional sauna and hot tub.
Dinner is a 2-course dinner at the Lodge restaurant, and afterwards, there will be time to relax by the shore and look for the beautiful northern lights.
Day Three – Dogsledding
After breakfast, it's the perfect time for you to meet our huskies and take them on a self-drive tour. The huskies love the cold and love to run, and after some training, you will be out, two people per sled, led by your guide on their sled to explore the frozen lakes, sea and forest around us.
After lunch in the restaurant, you can say hi to the reindeer in the corral behind the cabins and walk along snowmobile tracks out over the frozen sea.
This evening, after your 2-course dinner in the restaurant, we strap on snowshoes and head out for a walk into the forest up to a nearby spot, where we have a perfect view over the sea. Here, we make a fire and have dinner under the stars, taking in the Arctic atmosphere while sitting on reindeer hides.
Day Four
Depending on your time of departure, you will have part of this morning to relax and enjoy the lodge before we unfortunately bid you a fond farewell. Your transfer will be arranged at a suitable time to take you to the airport or train station for your journey home.
