Drive Your Own Dogsled – Half Day Tour at Ale

Let’s go Dogsledding!

We meet in the cottage and check if more clothes are needed. and we go out and meet the dogs. There is time to pet and take pictures of the dogs before we put on the harness.

An experienced instructor/guide shows the basics and you will learn how the sled works, how to put the harness and attach the dogs to the team. When the dogs are ready it is time to go.

The guide drives first and shows the way through the woods. We drive on existing snowmobile trails that go through forests and fields. Throughout the trip, the guide has a look at you and the surroundings for your safety.

During the trip, we stop to rest the dogs and change drivers while taking the opportunity to take pictures. When we get back from the trip there is hot drink and sandwich in the cottage.
